REFUND POLICY

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations of orders can be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order or before the order is shipped, whichever comes first.

Returns and Refund Policy:

First things first, we don’t think you should ever have a problem with our products. But for whatever reason, if you are not satisfied with your purchase contact us within 7 days of your shipment for a replacement or a refund on the purchase. But make sure to include the below mentioned details, so that we can easily find your order.

Please include: Your name, date of purchase, the items you would like refunded and don’t forget the reason for the return, please do tell us why you are returning the product.

It would be great if you could use the original packs to return the product in case of a refund.

Refunds are initiated within 3 days of notification. The amount of time it takes before the money is credited back to your account depends on the clearing cycle of your bank
